I think this is effective if the ship jumper goes into a conference or workshop and approach recruiters or lead artists directly with a physical folio in hand (print, laptop). -

Hopefully Epic will do another Unreal University again at North Carolina State University. They had workshops on learning how to make mods for unreal. -

Update: Worked more on defining the model and getting it out of a blockout stage. I also began working on a trim sheet for this model, still workshopping this and figuring out exactly what I need, so I have left some empty space. If anyone has any thoughts or feedback I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks:) -
