Would be interested to see the high-poly of the lizard man. What ref did you use, was it based on a Games Workshop miniature, or your own/another concept?
Psyched for the modding capabilities.. XCOM's game design was very close to Games Workshop's "Necromunda" tabletop game, a mod would awesome (but yeah. who's got the time).
There's no grey area here really. No one but the creators of the concept have the rights to create it and upload it to the workshop. If you can't contact them, then it's unfortunate but there's nothing else to be done.

I attended the Zbrush seminar at the tail end of the Concept art workshop, where the Pixolator himself, Bay Raitt, and Meats Meiers all called it Zee-Brush.
