Yea, there are a bunch of mistakes, I'll optimize it and post it for ya. If you want to post the HP too, I can do a test bake to show you the results you should get. If you don't want to post it publicly, you can pm me if you want.
I just need two things: your email address (never shared, for password recovery) and the name you want to use (real name in FirstnameLastname format, or your Forum name). If you don't want your email out here on the Forum, then a PM is probably best.
Nice project! the run cycle is hilarious. If you need any lowpoly modelers on this project shoot me a pm :) . (or is it going to be 2d? judging by the concept i'd think not but you never know) Or do you already have a team made up of (part) of the team of the previous gameproject?
Try converting your mesh to an editablePoly and then run the script. I have also max2009 and it works out just fine. You can PM me the mesh you have issues with, I implemented the same code in TexTools,- I might be able to find out something.

Vito: if you need help getting up a real database system, send me a PM. It is the kind of stuff I used to specialize in (and sort of still do). I'd hate to see you manually correct thousands of HTML files that may need to be updated again in the future.
I would suggest a tiling texture, and the fins&shells technique. https://polycount.com/discussion/156012/fur-breakdown/p1 https://polycount.com/discussion/130038/ryse-moss-tutorial/p1 http://wiki.polycount.com/wiki/HairTechnique Also if you want to unlock the old account, PM me.
But you don't really deal with that much harassment normally, do you? Most of us here don't, I occasionally get an angry PM but I doubt it compares. I've seen a lot of indie devs and public game figures expressing support & understanding for this guy.
Hey Davew, there are a lot of problems with 1.8 and Photoshop CC 2015, that version of Photoshop is currently not supported. It will be supported in 2.0 though. I suggest you try installing 2014 and see if that works for you. If it does not help, drop me a pm and i will help you out !
