An error appeared says something about "Needs factor" -.- -.- LET ME GUESS : You need higher than max 8 <sigh> thats abuse.. xD Wrap it looks absolutley amazing..let me guess higher than max 8?
Dartiste: Thanks :D Wrapped up the gun: Further shots / animation here. Intervain pointed out how masculine the neck on this was, so I made that quick fix: I tried another female here (very hard): Irritable old rabbit.
SOooo... a few weeks before I left Threewave myself and a small team (3 others) wraped up work on a prototype for an XBLA game I designed (woot!). Unfortunately I cannot mention anything else other than this. Just know that a.) I designed it and b.) it was awesome. Unfortunately publishers weren't interested in persuing…
Decided to try working on this environment. Slowly wrapping up the block-out. I feel like I have some catching up to do if im going to reach the deadline. I opened the space up to feel more like a plaza.
Lookin' good! Idk how I feel about that new piece though, the one that wraps around that drum and over the barrel. It feels a bit out of place, I can see what you're trying to do with it though. Keep it up! :)
Thanks Brian! Do you mean on the actual handle because if so, I am wondering if you are referring to the leather wraps. I will work some more on the handle either way. I was going to start on it next. Will post more soon! :)
still struggling to wrap my head around rendering... any feedback on that aspect would be most excellent time machine edit in response to bonebrew: this is all rendered in zbrush, tryin to learn my way around the new BPR renderer cheers
Ahh yes I see what you guys mean about the shell wrapping around it's body :/ Amazing I didn't see that straight away. :| Also, I've only painted the body of the turtle, the wood etc is just a diffuse color ;)
Love how this is coming along man, that shoulderpad is sickk! Fits perfectly. I think i agree with @lotet 's paintover, the heavy gradient look is quite nice though it's perhaps a touch heavy handed. Excited to see this wrap up!
@HonkyPunch - Thanks man, I'm glad you're digging them. Small update, just worked out the "derez" stuff. Hopefully I'll have her on the rig tomorrow and posed up and then I can wrap up the texture and get on the environment.
