You guys are silly, it looks like an office. If you need your office to look like Chuck-E-Cheese's to be creative then I feel sorry for you. Even the chocolate factory becomes mundane when it's your 9 to 5.
I was thinking softice, as I was scrolling down. I think its a nice first rock, but dont try to polish this up or texture it. Make a new one. Make 10, this being the first, and show us the other 9 as well :)
From 9 years ago. It messed up some guy in the old eatpoo forums. Didn't take his harsh crits personally in the slightest cuz it was a basically an experimental slash practice piece for me. Yes, those are canteen jugs.
I've gotten comments from Jordan Beeston that 3. 9, and 12 work best from the below set. The newer set of thumbnnails. I am SLOW with this :/ Which ones work? I should probably transition quickly to refinement.
Indies ftw. I've got my own personal time for going to the office, I go at 5 in the afternoon and work till 9, and I do the bulk of my work at home. No stress, no fuss, not a lot of money either, but still.
as i see you have the same problem i have , not enough game-ready meshes/ textures. I would change the white background too. hope it helps you , gonna make a thread for my portfolio critic =9
Made welds on tank's base in zbrush (9 mil polygons) and can't to optimaze it. 3d max freeze in process. The Decimation Master in Zbrush si freezing too, the endless analyzing mesh in it. Have anyone knows how to solve the problem?
Going to post a few of my old things from last year. Pirate Pub Scene: Flythrough: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jLIsO_tKBok and this is something a small from the game I'm currently creating as part of 9-Bit Idol:
just to be that final "I recommend this book" .... 9 out of 10 dentists recommend...... ZBrush or Mudbox. Both have trial editions. Download them and start adding all those details you want with normal maps or displacement maps!
Still on 8 as well. Just give me fast ambient occlusion baking that takes opacity into account, and I'd be happy. Oh, and being able to set Material IDs while still in Unwrap. (Can you do that in 9 or 2008?)
