You realize all thoes artists were COMMERICAL artists? usually paid by indivduals or the CHURCH to paint something speciifc, that had a speciifc purpose. Portraits, biblical scenes, ect. increase the felt time that you're off work. When you take breaks, leave the office. take a short walk. Get fresh air and some sunshine and move your bones a little bit.
