I tried both typing "Roadkill" and "roadkill" and have the script installed both in C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\My Documents\maya\2009-x64\scripts and C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\My Documents\maya\scripts... I'm running Maya 2009 x64 btw... Any other suggestions? -

Hi Felixb, When working from the external drive the problem could be a bottleneck at the interface and when working from your C drive the problem could be low disk space. Regarding the C drive, I'd free up a minimum of 50GB if that's the drive you're going to work from. I recommend this because a "System Managed Page File"… -

KDR: I installed Blender on a computer during my class. But I really couldn't use the program to show them anything Python related. That was years ago when the app was 10x worse than it is now. I know about XSI being Python compatible with scripts. That's awesome. I just try to keep my XSI fanboyism to a minimum here. hehe… -

So I wrote some windows batch file commands that let you drag a directory full of vtfs onto the bat and runs vtf2tga on each item. I didn't use certain concept, but only references and maybe thats why I overlooked noisiness of small props :c . Environment could be a nice addition to the scene and I could add environment reflections with it, just didn't think about it. Thanks for the feedback!
