Oh no, I loove packing haha :) I think of it kinda the same way you do. Have you ever played Pokemon Silver on gameboy, that part where you have to put together the unknown puzzle? heheh... that's what it reminds me of xD But it's the unwrapping that's kinda torturous for me D: lol -

I switched from Milkshape to Blender and now i'm better than ever, the results are obvious in my recent works compared to my 02's, and I find it fun to model now, before I used blender I had to cylinder-mesh shite together, and it felt like extreme torture. -

Overlapping Objects (3DSMAX)
I'm creating a high polygon grass tillable texture and have made all my variations of grass, the problem is when object painting I get a lot of overlapping polygons. The model's been done for over a year but Maya decided to make rendering as absolutely torturous as it could possibly be, and in future I'm going to absolutely refuse to use that god forsaken mess of a product.
