I'm liking it so for Ged! and Geledonutt looking very good as well :D Well here's a wip of my environment: I know its hard to tell what it is so far but I plan on having these two buildings (which aren't complete btw) to be on a platform, I still have to add railings, but yeah these are going to be buildings just not…
Looking pretty nice Matt, UDK is not that hard to learn. You will be able to control the lighting much easier with it. Some more progress on this DeusEX scene. Still need to get the hand rails in, replace the wall on the right. Might add some more props to give it some life. Don't want it to end up looking like every other…
I'll probably change the lighting set-up to something more subtle. There's a fair amount I'm not happy with, such as the emissive lighting and some of the texture work (oh god those windows :poly122:). But then again, there's still a fair amount left to do. Can't wait to improve and develop it further! :) Shouldn't be too…
Well, I've just 'recorded' a quick demonstration about 20 times using CamStudio and each time the video comes out looking like a tripping balls disco of RGB. The only setting it seems to like is if I have my second screen plugged in and recording both at once - which makes everything very hard to see! I might try some…
Sup people, as usual this thread is filled with badass art. It's been quite a while since I posted much of anything, been working pretty hard on making some progress on my bioware comp entry. Finally started making some progress on the armour this week, a few nights of working until 4am, so I'm gonna throw this here and…
crazy good work recently people nice going just finished up the trailer for AM I've been working on. please watch in 1080, hard to see all the detail otherwise. [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6gizoT2QMdg&hd=1"]ANIMAL MEMORY 01: world teaser - YouTube[/ame] going to have to get a better hold on encoding... see you at…
Yes I have this feeling his physique was exaggerated in shots. About the jacket, I was hoping you would say that! I would rather he be in a more, military grade style, showing of more of his strength? It is hard to explain, I stumbled on this video, that may or may not be of use to you!…
Nice dude! I'm liking the stylised angles, although the shape initially came across as 'melted' rather than 'quirky stylised'. I think easing the bend across the top would help reinforce this as a hard-surface object - also, the metal is reading kinda soft, like clay - some tight specular highlights and greater dark/light…
@SlaveZero: Hey man never be frustrated, you worked hard and it turned out really awesome! @Autocon: that hallway is greatness Hey guys, a little cross post! ;) Also head over to my thread and tell me which pokemon I can do next, cause I am having a hell of a time trying to decide!!…
I started this yesterday to learn some new hard surface sculpting techniques in Zbrush4 R2. I plan to add some wear and tear to give the sword some character. It took a little while to get the hang of controlling creasing ploy edges but once I got it I was flying, and Dynamesh is awesome :D Doing the armor in my portfolio…
