yep, the vmt file is the shader of the model, it is on the material/models/heroes/drow folder there you can see if it have or not the line that defines if it uses the transparency or not

A lot of the heroes are like that. I think they scaled up the heroes using the $scale command in the QC and never transferred that info to however the importer compiles. yeah, but where is the vmt file? haha. it's not in the files you download from the steam site for the hero. isn't it just a number for the spec values? is there a list somewhere?
