why you're trying to do that inside zbrush in the first place? it's not equipped with the tools for this kind of job (snapping tools, grid) -

If he is working on a grid and all the objects share the same pivot point they will all snap together in the editor when they are imported -

So... I ran some more tests with modifiers and all that yummy stuff. This is a little written tutorial of what I did and what happened. I can assure you that it was faster in 2009 :) (at least 3x faster), but I bet 2012 is much better than 2010 and 2011. By the way this is a very cool technique, might come in handy :) .*… -

Ahh the little scene that could. It keeps chugging along getting better as time goes, but never really making over peak of the hill. This is more than likely going to contradict what others have posted, and later on I might not agree with it but here goes. The spec is too high, I would cut it out all together. I've never… -

I think zbrush comes with project that has grids and images setup for a skull, so maybe you can use that to improve. -

I've been working on blocking everything out. It's all on an 8 unit grid. Everyone's posting good progress so far.
