Excellent start. I'm liking where this is going and the idea behind it. The elegance and authority is a really nice combination to work with. My 2 cents would be to really harden those edges around the neck area of the clothing. The curve moving up into the neck really captures the elegance but the soft edges make it lack… -

Added lots of things, as the "finished" fire extinguisher, a bit of corridor outside the door, touched the lights, improved the floor material, windows with dirt, also some objects where without uvws or overlapping and finish those and maybe more who knows. I like the armor elements of the new design but I'm not quite as sold on the clothes. I think you may be over-compensating a bit. My grandmother shows more skin. She looks to me a bit like a modern girl who has just strapped some armor over her work clothes or something - definitely doesn't feel like a 'knight' anymore.… -

She's a pretty scrawny looking. If you're using the likes of Triss Merriweather as a reference I'm guessing that's not what you're going for. I'd take a step back and work up the anatomy before you get too stuck into the clothing. Your clothing design has some interesting things going on. I would give her some pants… -

Honestly, I don't see what relates these characters to a zombie apocalypse, it just looks like an assortment of generic people looking morning-fresh. Even if the apocalypse had only lasted a day I would still expect to see some dirt or blood splashed on the clothes, maybe some messed up hair, ripped clothes, bandages, etc.…
