Sorry man, your hard drive is fucked. I had the same thing happen to me, it was an iomega 2.5inch drive. I'm sticking with Lacie and 3.5inch drives from now on. atom + ion = cheap, consumes not much power and has reasonable amount of power if i was to build up a company, for rendering i either would buy an array of atom dualcores with ion or something completely different -

.....nope definitely IOM!!!! Check the new TT superbikes game out soon, the course is pretty accurately modelled. That little island you can see in the gamasutra article is called 'the calf of man' and is an uninhabited bird sanctuary. It's only about a quarter of a mile across. -

Vassago: The tape doesn't generate xray's under normal circumstances. It simply has an electrical charge difference. Normally the atmosphere (air, this mix of gasses we all live in) soaks up almost all the available free electrons generated from phenomena such as this, just drag your socks on a carpet, its the same thing.… -

If I were to animate a model for UT2004 in Milkshape I wouldn't need to ask myself the question of how to export, there's no room for such thoughts in a mental institution. But right now, Blender seems useless to me, because it doesn't seem to be able to export to any of the formats I'm interested in. Get the format specs… -
