Thanks for the critiques I went in and fixed (tried) all the problems you stated I noticed drastic improvement the ears it seems like it drifted away from its original spot while shaping the head next time I will put a guide overlay on top of the model so the features remain in their correct location sculpted with a 90mm… -

I dunno about you guys, but I am very visual, so seeing images along with the text really helps drive it home. Allegorithmic put out some fantastic PBR guides a while back and both of the guides discuss all of these topics at length. Nice progress :) A few areas are still highpoly for this kind of mesh for example the grid could be baked down to a plane. -

Snapping to anything other than the grid or verts in 3DSMax == A ride on the lolcopter. Seriously. And even then, verts can be flaky... -
