Looks great! Only crit I have is the characters have a surprised expression as their default pose. The bottom of the upper eyelid is above the iris and the eyebrows are raised most of the time. A more relaxed expression would be more appropriate. Great work though, it's looking like a winner already.
Congrats dude im glad you are part of the winners of this contest i really love Cho'Gath (my main) and this work you did was just another level i would use this in every game :) Congrats again and hope to see news about you soon :D
I don't think that is entirely true anymore. Certainly early on they shied away from anything that stood out too much from the original design or color palette, but looking at a lot of the winners from the big challenge a few months ago, a strong design outweighs such things.
@GravityBwlast, @gyllenhaal Yeah, you guys are right, I just saw some references as Gravity mention and the past contest winners and they are more close to the ingame polycount, so I'll make mine around 8K and just one 2K texture  thanks for you kindly attention guys!
Unfortunately in the Real World. If you had a viewport grab versus a rendered radiosity, lighting, etc. of the same item. Whom do you think is going to be the winner to the viewer 9 out of 10 times? (Not dissing, just pointing out, its a bit more complicated than "good art").
GameStop was holding a Saints Row IV Weapons contest to which the winner would have their weapon added to the game as a DLC. This was my submission for the contest: The TurBITE. It sucks the enemy toward you and then smashes them with a bear trap. I did all of the sculpting in ZBrush and then composited renders in…
the way i like to check out tits is when i'm serving hot chicks at work and i'm waiting for them to pay. i just stare in the direction of their purse/bag as they root for the change, and actually stare past at the boobage beyond. sure fire winner. never caught yet.
I would like to say, that the best possible normals in UDK come from max with Qualified Mode on and using FBX with Tangents and Binormals exported(for static objects). Thus making max the winner in my book for baking normals for udk. (unless maya has a similar qualified normals system of course)
