Just found out a solution with Marmoset Toolbag: you can reorganize the bakes priority by putting the mesh group at the bottom of the list.

There's a preset material for glass in toolbag. If you use that and then make some textures for what you need, you should be good to go.

I've found this to be really useful. you can mimic some of the softbox lights by increasing the x/y length of a light in toolbag:
