kom yea Elliot is great really motivating, sometimes though i listen and idk how to feel but he's been through a lot just on his channel alone. He should put out another mix though ;) nice beats.
Its really fun, those big mechs are a pain to take out. I got the mech from the armory station, and tried using that gun to spawn one but it doesn't seem to spawn? I hold onto it idk how to work this thing!
idk why but i like her face :D but i would try and bring in the eyes together a bit, as well as the whole head, right now its leaning forward. and yes, sculpt in a regular material like basic material or zbro_mud1
gonna try this one more time. Idk why this is such a dead post unless someone can tell me what I'm doing wrong. In need of another 3d artist for assets, and 2d concept artist would still be nice. Thanks
There might be some useful info for you at http://www.erco.com/products/downloa...ex_dltut_1.php. Be sure to check out the Printed Media section, there are a bunch of PDFs that go into great detail about architectural lighting, especially this one. I hope that helps.
Man for a hardcore fan of the Darksiders franchise this is very sad news Fingers crossed for all affected! not much I can do, but maybe it helps: http://www.yager.de/career/index.html http://www.kccllc.net/documents/1213398/1213398130123000000000004.pdf if this is correct, then it was not sold.
I'm aware, I was just presenting the examples I had. I'm curious about how to create this for use in UDK, (which is shown in Samaritan). They show some of the process in the PDF I linked, but I don't understand exactly what is going on...
I think you need to add more polys, slight depth to the inside, and make the cork stick out, Doesnt look like a cork, and why is it black and white? Also It started as western I thought. Pirates? Idk that rope is odd.
What version of the FBX exporter are you using? (Find this out when you are doing your exporter options at the bottom) I tend to use FBX 2011. Nice job on the idle animation! are you doing run forwards backwards etc?
If you're using Maya, it's hard not to recommend Jason Schleifer's Animator Friendly Rigging series. Super comprehensive video tutorials with giant PDFs, for just over $100. I know it's not a physical book, but it's fantastic stuff. Your animators will thank you.
