If you just want to copy work files on another disk then https://www.freefilesync.org/ It does more then copy, it sees what is new and updates it on the target drive. No muss no fuss. -

i'd say, baking by definition means converting the data from one mesh onto the texture of another (or itself). by no means the source mesh has to be higher res then the target. -

There's plenty of job boards targeting creative jobs. Gamasutra, creative heads, game guzzler, etc. And yeah, polycount is a great resource. Get your stuff out there and visible. -

These have been cleaned up, decimated, delit and all that almost ready to sell, front copies are targeting 30k tris and the back ones are 3k tris, textures are 4k -

Yes. :) once you have sculpted the average on your new topo then you can use layers in ZB to make any number of blendshapes/morph targets versions. -

You haven't been playing scout the right way, then. He's the best short-range damage dealer behind the pyro. The hardest part is keeping your crosshairs on target.
