By elongating the grounded support poles, you'll have something to attach the top 2 bars of the bridge to. You could also opt to have a triangular bridge. Basically, what you have right now is rather flimsy, and there's a bunch of solutions so just get creative =) . And remember, a triangle is stronger then a rectangle… -

I just got it there : http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/ps/dl/item?siteID=123112&id=11384420&linkID=9241177 But nothing change... 3dsmax is using 210-260mo of Physical memory and when I launch a render with Light Tracer mode amd Bounce value to 4, physical memory doesn't change at all but processor process jump from 1%… -

I don't really know much about welding, but from googling some images, it looks like there should just be one row of welds, instead of two. Also, I think the individual shapes in your welds may be a BIT too big and defined, but that may end up looking right on the normal map. Also, there is some info on welds here and…
