AO would make it seem less flat, if youre presenting it in UDK you can use decals for the moss and dirt etc

update, added some details on the binder, the decals should help reduce the obviousness of the mirroring. and the guns ready to be baked to low poly.

Maybe the walls' normal map is a bit too intense? Anyway, I'm going to add more variation to them with decals later on.

vertex painting is what people normally use to "hide" the fact that it is a single texture repeating. You can use decals as well.
