Sorry, I can't quite make out what it says in yellow. Is that to do with the deformation loops on the arm/leg? I always find it hard to keep retopology as clean as I'd like (with 3DCoat in this case). Even with Relax and using the Brush with Shift held down. And straight clean loops like that around cylinderical forms are…
Nice work! The anatomy looks scratched on instead of deep and grounded. Its only personal preference but, to make it easier to sculpt I would relax the pose and give it some weight by placing the hips slightly forward, lowering the arms to an 'A', and splaying the feet out a bit. Might also be handy to show the naked…
Let's relax. There's no need to delete things. We all live in a slipstream of causality, where things come into being, and then are no more. Rest assured all uncomfortable memories are nothing but passing illusion. Who will remember it? Let it be remembered, if someone out there does care to remember it. Why clamp down?…
Thank you it was a really interesting read, But some of my questions remains Is making many islands ok? for exemple on my last screenshot is making the UV 2 islands ok? or should I try to keep it as one And is blender good enough for UVs unwrapping? the lack of a relax tool for exemple is extremly annoying
Spacedraw-25-BlueStorm Another test of character. I paused it for the moment. I just begin to fully comprehend the logic behind PC unwrappers, but manually unwrapping a face (visage) or any soft bodies without pelt and relax and avoiding stretches is really tricky. I might come back on this one later.
@Warren, Yeah FOR REALZ doode! currently having a weird issue sculpting. Whatever brush I use, push/relax, etc... I seems to be extruding the square polys of my mesh a bit, not quite what I want :( I'm getting the regular brush texture, but those added square edges suck.
Good start, and you should lock in the pose and overall flow of its silhouette before progressing further. The hands should be arched slightly. Just hold your hand in a relaxed pose and you'll see what i mean. Also, the thumbs should be facing to the front, so twist the wrists 90 degrees.
Add seams where the viewer is least likely to look, click quick peel, then use relax by polygon angles. Check Area Distortion if you're on 2017 or newer. Add additional seams as needed to minimize distortion, but this should be a very simple unwrap. As long as you don't see bright red you're fine.
Flew from Chicago to JFK in New York then from JFK to Portland, ME and then a 2 hour driver from Portland to my parents house. Back in Maine for the holidays but next year we plan on staying in Chicago. I hate traveling. I would much rather be relaxing in my own place.
things are still looking up. Today the doc said my eye muscles will be working alot so it will go from good to blurry a bit for the next week or 2 while it relaxes and gets into focus, but it said it looks real good and i should be at 20/20 when its all said and done.
