Not sure about you but for me going to the gym for a regular workout isnt all that fun. However climbing gyms are fun. One thing I can recommend for getting your mind off of things is learning to rock climb. Not sure of your geography but climbing gyms are a good time and great exercise. Climbing isnt like working out… -
