@bronto Well he would only need a couple of alphas to break up the silhoutte a bit. Its not like you need all the leaves to be an alpha. Just create a base leaf chest and add extra leaves on top of it.

Hey guys, I have a question, is it ok if we copy an armor concept from other game and create one for dota 2 heroes? Like you got Jason mask for Pudge, Bioshock helmet for Tidehunter, etc...
I managed to fix it. I created a new scene and carried over the mesh and materials. It seems that it may have been something I had done to the scene/transformers that may have screwed up the model. Thanks anyways!
I'm so desperate. This whole "SMD/Compile" is to high for me. Creating a 3D Modell and the textures? No problem! Get it into the game? No chance .... If someone could help me ... this would be very great. Of course this person will get 50% kudos of the items.
@Hawkseye - The chinese event was meh anyways. Tell the entire artist community to create art for a specific and art style-bending theme all submitted at relatively the same time with 1% of them being accepted? What could go wrong?
mine doesnt have root Try this directory : Steam\steamapps\common\dota 2 beta\dota\materials\models\heroes\vengeful I think everything is already provided except you have to create "vengeful" in the heroes folder .
