That doesn't make sense. If I have hard edges, but no UV splits then I'll get nasty black seams. http://www.polycount.com/forum/showthread.php?t=107196 You need splits where your hard edges are, but you don't need hard edges where your splits are- that's a basic rule.… -

i was gonna suggest, set up your 2nd machine to do small chunks, from the end, 12001-12600 11400-12000 11000-11399 etc and set up remote desktop/vnc to start the renders, -

This is looking really good! :) I think you need to fix the direction of the vertex normals on your leafs for your tree though.
