      So wait, you can use simulations as VFX? :S i just assumed it would be presented is some kind of realtime package.

      I did some animation testing for a teleportation VFX idea I had, for today's practice. Still need to work a bit on the timing.

      It's worse in the vfx/tvc industry. Extremely tight deadlines, ridiculous demands and not enough man power. I'm glad I got out of it :)

      It looks like they're using photos of explosions. You can get VFX libraries of images - which is where they probably got these from.

      dunno in games, but in vfx shop could lose contract with the movie studio/ip owner because of that.it definitely not compliment. but again probably in movie revealing story/footage is super big deal.

      Yes, it's coming to Linux. I don't think it's aimed at personal users, though. Lots of biiig VFX houses run on Linux. Also makes for cheaper, faster, easier render farms, too.
