just wanted to remark that there are character models+textures extracted from this game downloadable on the net. might be interesting for a closer look into how it was all done. it's been a while but google should still spit out a link or two.
So I am sure this has been mentioned but every link I've bookmarked or fould on the net won't redirect me to the post but just at the front page. This breaks the whole google search and my saved links.
man i recently re-installed Diablo II and now i see this, kind of makes me want to close pc and open up some battle net lol - stuff is looking good especially the book : )
More stuffs.... Spec Ops character I did several weeks ago... I call this one "Dirty Spec-Ops".... because he came out gritty and dirty... going nuts with smart materials in 3DCoat....
Thanks, guys! @Mike: yeah, I worked there for a bit. Worked on NFL Street 3 and Tomb Raider Anniversary while I was there. It's a nice place there in Oregon! Yeah, Joopson, it's been a while! Hope you are doing well.
Here are a couple more photos to show some progress. i will be fixing the leg on the Sieged version later tonight after work. (Superbowl Sunday's gonna be nuts =S) as always, all and any feedback would be amazing!
I'm pretty sure there is one way to make them go away but it involves segregating the member list again which makes it harder to sign up new members? But I agree its getting kind of nuts.
Cool! I thought you were nuts when you told me you quit your dayjob to work on an indie MMO. This looks awesome, especially considering its just two dudes, lol wut.
Robeomega, thanks I'll make them smoother. Been practicing baking normal maps. Soo much harder than organic objects. Almost drove me nuts wile I was trying to achieve satisfactory result.
awesome stuff man! Myonly nit pick is I think the grass could use a tiny bit more lovin, looks kind of flat to me. Any chance we could get some bigger pics? :)
