nice looks super sweet i cant wait to see the final animation. I think my only suggestion would be for the pyro. Since he is a flame user why not have him do like salsa or something latin, you like latin fire. (i dont know anything about dancing though, but i love it so far) -

yeah definitely needs a detail pass of little lights and windows, I cant tell the scale of this thing and those giant flames out the back make me think its quite small too. heres some good reference for the little lights :)… -

I improved my first flame Pugna set concept, should I add a ward and weapon? Also tried modelling Razor head B.. not so sure. I think my modelling skills are improving(????) but I still miss important parts of the design sometimes which Id have to go back and edit if I wanted to take this further -

Hey! Thanks for your answers! So, I tested 2 different ways. One with only the torch lights, like yellow/orange, and one with these lights + some bright area lights to add some other colors! There you go the 2 pics: These are fake flames to have an idea, dont mind about the chest/rock texture, i have to change them! -
