OK, so Unreal Tournament III finally made its' way out on the XBOX 360 today in North America...Who's going to be playing on LIVE? I guess I'm UT fanboy since I now own UT3 for PC, PS3 and 360. 360 unfortunately doesn't seem to support user generated content due to MS restrictions on LIVE but it does seem to have some maps…
Before delving deep into Fusion check out Moi3D: http://moi3d.com/ It is made by one of the developer of Rhino and export super clean meshes with N-Gons, Quads or Triangles so it's easy to retopologize them. The price is also quiete good, 300 $ for a perpetual license, still better than throwing money at Autodesk for a…
I use Anastasiy's MagicPicker It's not free but at $19 it's pretty cheap. I've been using it for a while and enjoy it. It has a feature called tone lock that's pretty cool: [ame=" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3zAfu7xE-Jw"]MagicPicker color wheel 3.0: Tone Lock (CS6/5/4/3) - YouTube[/ame]
How important is IPS if I'm going to be sitting in the same spot while using it? What sort of contrast ratio should I go for the $300 price range? What brightness? thanks Do these specs look any good for graphic design or is it more of a gamer model?: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824254052
I don't put a reserve on my items, I've sold over 300 bits and pieces all going at good prices. Including a broken laptop, which someone bought for $1000 (It was worth it and I did say it was busted upfront) reserve = less bidders (I sold my laptop to get a mac! lol)
Engineer was my main class back when I played (I had about 300 hours logged on the engineer until I reset). >_< That said, I kind of wish they catered to more offensive engineering. These changes seem to help engineers turtle. (Although spawncamping with a moveable level 3 turret sounds amazing).
I just can't believe how awesome those charcaters are . The design and models ...the materials and textures . It's fantastic . The enviroments look just as good also...Epic has an amazingly talented team working on there games ... im just blown away by everything that ive seen from them since Unreal tech demo 3.0
^^ hey Jason ^^ I think I narrowed it down to having a turbosmooth on the stack, but as I use symmetry and reference objects frequently, collapsing the stack is too destructive of a solution. So instead I uninstalled 64b max and installed the 32b version instead. That's the solution for my sitiaution, as I wasn't too…
I used to see a academic Max license conversion to professional Max license on those type of sites. It was quite a good deal too if I remember correctly something like, ~$300 for the student license and ~$1500 for the conversion. That's like half off a pro license straight from Autodesk. You might want to look into it.
