Does that only occur after you build lighting? If so, try using lightmaps instead of per-vertex lighting.

Great stuff. Can you tell us what method you're using for the ao on the yacht, it says there are no lightmaps baked.

That'd be suuuuper cool MoP :) Works wonders for getting the lightmap UV's all scaled correctly to start with. Very helpful.

Did start with the Largest part of the environment and made the modular containers. had some issues with lightmap UV's but I think it's okay now.

Small assets actually were mainly vert lit where the ground had lightmaps. At least on my levels that was the general way of things :)

Did you do the unique UVs thing? You might have to generate a separate lightmap in channel 2 if you haven't already.

can we see a screen of the mesh in the staticmesh preview window? im thinking it may be that your lightmap UVs are using the wrong channel.

whats the deal with the floor? Is that a BSP or a mesh? It seems like the lightmap resolution is too low on the floor giving it like zero shadows or highlights.
