Theres an icecream place around here, right next the the cool but small ferrarri dealership, that has 120+ flavours of icecream. Most of them are really awesome, but usually a quarter of them are just there for laughs. I had a sample of kimchi icecream once, I don't even know words foul enough to describe kimchi ice cream.
I got the exactly same problem ('Vertex element type 11 not supported') with an ATI Radeon 9600, about one year ago. I upgraded my video card to an ATI Radeon HD 2400 PRO and everything works fine... UT3 editor seems to need at least Shader Model 3.0 to import meshes.

Yes, the gpu lightmass baker: https://forums.unrealengine.com/development-discussion/rendering/1460002-luoshuang-s-gpulightmass I am not sure how to go about it. I seem to be having issues getting the gpu to build sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. I have also set the TDR delay to about 300.
