The final result is outstanding, but the difference between how well you did his eyes, and the actual eyes in mass effect is like the difference between a rushed PS1 game and a proper Vray render from 2013. Truly stunning. Also love how you did the hair, an oft neglected area of next gen male models. Top notch!

I dislocated my right elbow in early 2013 after hitting a curbside drain on my bike commute to work. As a result, I generally have to keep my arm supported by a small pillow to prevent numbness from forming. You might want to try this out and see if it helps - at the least it'll help reduce the pressure you're feeling!
Yes it's going to be very difficult. I studied a bit on the side while at uni and I imagine it can be very demanding with uni work and deadlines. I graduated in 2013 and I'm still in the hunt for my first gig. I had to take online workshops after graduation while working a part-time job to really understand animation.
I don't know which version of Max you are using, or what Modo navigation entails. I think it might be a bug here. IIRC last time I tried to use it (in Max 2013) it wasn't behaving like it should have (2009).
