blocked out the body, happy with front and back, side view looks a bit off but i can't really find out what. gonna fix the side view tommorow and then some detailing
search for model-sheets, that's the reference art used at the animation studio. Don't become too dependent on orthographic views, there's enough views of him in the show that you can model him out fine.
depending on the view it is look good, like that but some turn the view - again black lines along esged, like that And have i need to triangle the lowpoly model before getting the normal map?
There is a raycast selection in max, well technically it was in polyboost which they stuffed in the ribbon that everyone tries to ignore. In the Ribbon modeling tools, go to selection, by view, and turn up "grow from perspective view".

The right image looks like you are in the "user" view which is normally ortographic. These errors look like z-fighting in the viewport. Maybe because of the ortographic view.
