It will be interesting to see if the Fermi launch has much of an effect on current card prices... the rumored price points are so high that I don't see why ATI would lower prices on any of their mid-range cards (5770, upcoming 5830, etc.), which also doesn't give much of a reason for NVidia to drop prices drastically on… -

Started with the lowpoly model.. i have done some tweaking on all of the parts. And it's now reduced from 1 437 264 polygons to 1616 polygons. Still need to work more on some of the parts though. -

It comes down to 3 things: 1) Learning the theory behind the various aspect of 3D ( what are meshes composed of, why quads are better than everything else etc. ), usually theoretical stuff comes out when you start a new aspect of 3D ( ex. texturing for the first time ), when you encounter some problem ( ex. bad topology ),… -

Some shapes seem to be off - the nose and front of the canopy are more squished in the real plane, the air intake has a little protrusion on the bottom and the tail should be swept back. The connection between the body and the wing also is the wrong shape. The fuel probe should probably be redone.… -

I killed one, but he was the first kill in a huge mob so his body laid there for a while. I don't know if it was because I took so long to drop money in it or what, but after paying the $263, it started to spin up and then the machine completely disappeared :| Ah well, my luck it would have just come up bandits anyhow... -
