Does it have to be the fantasy genre? As that's maybe too specific. Media Molecule are pretty awesome. Plenty of mobile studios so look there! -

if you're looking at doing fantasy look up some game art from WoW, Fable, and Skyrim for some inspiration/reference. -

cm for anything less than space fantasy capital ship sized items. Also imperial units need to die in a fire. -
