scooby, What do you mean you are charged for recycling? Are you paying for the bin? The bin cost is for the service, so you don't have to go down to a recycling center yourself. There they should pay you a few bucks for the goods.
There was a bug in max 2010 which was subsequently fixed in a service pack AFAIK, have a look if you are up to date. All shader materials lost their maps when dragged to a new slot for quit ea while :( It's not the shader's fault! :D

Looks good! Though just a teeny nitpick. For instance the perforated barrel jacket seems a little too glossy since it's basically a forged casting or at least when compared to the .50 cal's I trained with during national service.
Home video didn't kill 'em. DVD didn't kill 'em. Streaming services didn't kill 'em. Cinema Theatre ain't going anywhere, the same way cinema didn't kill the theatre 100 years ago ;)
yeah basically, if he's paying you to do work for him, he owns the work and any legal implications that come with it, you're just providing a service. i wouldn't count on the work being particularly long term though.
So basically, lose 20% of your revenue so they can handle the easy parts? Can't say I'd take part, but I imagine this is a god send for many smaller, less ambitious teams. Cool service nonetheless.
there was a bug causing similar issues some time ago... maybe its the same one... you coud try to hit ctrl+d to unselect everything... but if its the bug you should update to a service pack or a newer version...
@Tits, loving this! Huge FF fan, you're doing a great service to the series and I've loved watching your progress! Just curious, are you planning to do other ice/crystal variations, or using the one to scale and rotate?
Substance Painter has released a Beta on Valve's Steam service. I hear it's pretty good, but I haven't had a chance to use it myself yet. Also, it's in Beta, so I guess we can take that as a warning. :)
