If you want to keep using images with alpha, you can also open the UV in a seperate document. Then drag the UV layer to the other document while holding shift. This will place the UV layer in the exact same spot as it was.
Definitely a much more dynamic angle. Try also pushing the pose a little more, and adding secondary movement to the hair and clothes since she's lunging forward. it will help it look like there is more movement to her action.
Hey Jose, I would say get your documentation down first, having the story is good but getting the design and mechanics of it documented will help in the long run. It will cut a lot mistakes or problems out, like feature creep.
Quantic is basically capturing everything - textures, geometry, body movement, facial movement... It's closer to a movie than a game IMHO. Very impressive technical achievement, but we've yet to see how much more it'll be compared to a movie.
ive had that happen to me on an older pc with a bad graphics card. usually what it seemed to do was make clones of my document as i rotated, usually clearing the document and redrawing out the tool helped. maybe try that?
resistance21: I know your only blocking in at the moment but make sure you get that bend in the back because you model at the moment looks very stiff and also make sure to follow your concept well because at the moment your arms aren't placed right and your feet aren't shaped right. Other than that your off to a good…
Unreal 4 is a lot better from a programmers point of view then the UDK. You no longer have to fanny about with unrealscript and the documentation is a massive step up from the UDK 'documentation' (if you can call it that, it was basically non existent).
A colleague just found the place in the documentation where "$" is documented. It recommends using "selection" but for other reasons: http://docs.autodesk.com/3DSMAX/14/ENU/MAXScript%20Help%202012/files/GUID-8395020C-E3B6-4282-AF1C-5B58BDB97A2-391.htm
You can use the method Contains or use the name of the bundle to make decisions. look this references, I think it's helpfull for you. intro: https://docs.unity3d.com/Documentation/Manual/AssetBundlesIntro.html FAQ: https://docs.unity3d.com/Documentation/Manual/abfaq.html#whatare
That hip movement =X I'm not an animator so I am not quite qualified in commenting in it. But her knees/legs feel stiff and her hip movement isn't quite as natural as I'd like to see it. looks good though otherwise
