Thanks for all the input, It relaxes me a bit. I do have a portfolio but I dont have one online unfiortunately but I will be adding, and have new art to add to my sketchbook rugularly. How would I go about pitching one of my ideas?
Avanthera Thanks for your input. Good things to think about and keep in mind. I may as well just finish this one since I started it, rather than kinda just stopping. At least I'm not really stressing out about this one, it's just kinda relaxing.
Guys, relax. He's proud to have worked on to major releases that are out at the same time. I'd be wanting to show that off a bit too. It's pretty cool to be able to say that right now. You guys may not appreciate that fact, but the gaming community obviously finds it pretty cool.
Relax about the format guys, i know it now allright? I know normal mapping and its used on some of the assets but as i said i still didnt get hold of texturing very well and i like to improve it with some help of some of you guys.
Took a small time off the project due to some school work/relaxed a bit. But I added the big rocks to the Unreal scene. everything else is still blockout/default stuff. All the rocks should be done soon since only the medium and smaller ones are left :)
Wendy de Boer Thank you so much for such a detailed analysis of anatomy! Amazing! I also found a serious problem in the arrangement of the muscles in the back and chest (Rexxar seems to be too thick and relaxed because of the incorrect rib cage arrangement & exaggerated pectoral and trapezius muscles)
My suggestion would be just to not give a shit. It seems like a pretty easy job where the boss really doesnt care what type of work you put out, so wear your belt, apologize when you do something wrong and just relax
I wouldn't strike pinch off the list, but I'd say use it at the very end when you're sure you know where should be sharp and where not.. sculpting over pinched geom is indeed a pain in the arse and it has to be completely relaxed to be usable again destroying the shape
Slightly off subject, but what do you think of using the pelt uv in max for heads? I tried it, and I was unsure I liked the results. I still ended up relaxing and then manually moving the lips and eyelids so they didn't overlap or create a "O" shape.
Relax guys, it's just a meaningless collection of questions with a quick ratio calculation to determine a seemingly accurate answer at the end. It's not like your answers and IP information are being sent to some secret governmental agency hoping to catalogue all the gay and potentially gay people in our society. Or is it?
