I'm working on a depression era carnival trailer. The texture should be really fun to paint. I'm planning to do some colorful sign work on the sides with dirt and paint peeling. I still need to do a light zbrush pass to make the boards a little bit irregular. If anyone has feedback or ideas for more detailing please post…
working on a website redo. i just realized i have to more than double my site for all my new/re-organized work. i guess that's what u get when working with an non-specific website [it's not a portfolio like you guys, it's a lot broader and more fun i like to think] experiments in illustrator, nothing too serious
Been working on a female as my folio needs one :) so much harder than bearded fellas haha, I put a bit of polypaint on her to give me a better idea of the forms, wanna fix up the corners of her mouth and then start working into her. Thinking of doing some crazy armour and maybe medium to short hair? and a bit of fun on the…
i recognize the map!! DM-Deck from the Unreal serie!! :poly124: but you destroyed some of the fun of the game with just showing white lines.... the shader in the game engine is so amazing for realtime rendering BTW, here is my work (not even near completion): as you see, my model is a G36C... my second model im doing in my…
Not much to some of the eye candy ive seen but heres what im working on; The design shifted a little when i was blocking this guy out (2hours) (ft) (bk) Ive been recording everything ive done from the start to get a little workflow crit later on so that should be fun >___< Got a hell of alot more work todo anyway...
Started work on a dumpster. My first low-poly hard-surface model that I plan to texture and put in a scene (not counting accesoires for characters). This model started out as uv-practice but having fun with it, so want to finish it. Only did the main green pat at the moment (still very much wip) and no spec map yet.…
female head base for upcoming project, the project will be mostly hard surface, but i needed a female base to build off of, making doing things this way mostly unnecessary, but i wanted to get back into modeling from scratch and less retoping fun shapes from Zbrush. 4 hours in 2010 without plugins. Crits welcome on both…
kickass xvamp So, mops little goblin project reminded me that I haven't done any handpainted diffuse only stuff in years and years, so I dragged up and old soldier model and optimized it and re-did the UVs and started having some fun. Still a ways to go obviously, but I'd be happy to hear any crits. 2k triangles and a 512
first crack at at a head sculpt in mudbox, from a (rather sorry) base mesh in max, started this morning. based on my "laputan machine" painting. ended up fixing a lot of the anatomy from the painting and boy I had fun. i know now i can handle a full character no problem. it's so much like oil painting the transition was…
Still working on this guy.. Highpoly head and body finished, all that's left is the legs. Here's a quick render from the lowpoly version with the current maps applied. Cannot wait to have this thing done. Weighs in at 5046 and is staying that way, unless something goes horribly wrong :s. I'll post the highpoly version…
