I personally love your car-speed-plate part. I do not know exact name. The golden ring on the 4th picture that tells us how fast machine is. I love that. How did you texture it?
Runs surprisingly well on my laptop (ath 64 3000 with ati mobile 9600 64mb). Despite everything set to low, still looks pretty. Will have to try online matches when I get a free evening.
I'll be visiting the UK between oct 21. and nov 8th. So if anyone wanna hang out during that time I'd be thrilled. Also, if someone want to invite me to their studio for a tour that would be doubly awesome. :P
This is really, really cool, especially the moCap and facial tracking. It's great to see such high-quality work from 6th semester students! Until now I wasn't even aware that there's a gaming study in Darmstadt. Keep it up guys! :)
I think I'd rank this as the 4th best Star Wars movie after the original trilogy. I have to watch the Ewok specials again but from my memory I'd rank them ahead of the prequels, which I've only seen once each.

monoprice tablets, who knew. Too bad there doesn't seem to be a wireless option. Has anyone used the wacom CTH-480? I need something more mobile, but the active area is only like 6 x 3.7", probably too small for anything.
You mean this? Yea man, now after looking at it again it looks very odd/unrealistic. Knowing nothing about tanks , i'm not sure wth that cylinder supposed to mean? I consider to revisit my high poly after gather some reference
I do not mean the plain ground I mean the cliffs have you noticed how most fo the cliffs are extruding ? they are very well done I wonder how are made in terms of textures if just painted in ethe edior or modeled singularly etc....
Dan! - that was significantly later in the war, in an area that had seen heavy aerial bombardment by the B-17s of the 8th Air Force in a way the French countryside never did. Taking it that far wouldn't be quite accurate, if he's aiming for historical accuracy... Maybe somewhere in the middle?
