I don't really see the benefit of reducing a 500 triangle car to 270 tris. I feel like you are letting yourself get caught up in extremely tight technical details and making things difficult for yourself for no reason. Making a cool 500 triangle car? Cool! Feeling like you have to half tri count to theoretically match… -

Current progress, I made some smaller planters to populate around the scene. I have a Lenovo X220. There is now an X230 and the newest Helix from Lenovo. For Tablet PC's the designs of the case are about the nicest for this style. Drivers and support and sales from Lenovo are a mess in my opinion, buyer beware. Great machine, could be improved with cleaner drivers, better support and better sales…
