This is a project that started out as a sketch. Recently found time to finish this. I always wanted to make a knight with the central concept of his armor being encrusted with emeralds that would offer strength and protection through the magic they hold. Anyways, this is that concept realized in 3D. Thanks to all that…
Hey guys, just wanted to share this sculpture I done based on a Magic, the Gathering card, original illustration by Karl Kopinski. I wanted to study some of the visual language present on MTG goblins, and since this is one of my all time favorite cards, decided to do this one.
I haven't attempted weapons much, so I have a tonne of development room. But here's a magic-based projectile weapon from a dungeon crawler a friend and I are working on ^.^ Artstation page for it : https://www.artstation.com/artwork/sahmbani-rifle-mana-cannon-roldan-weapons

Seems like all the big players have joined the party, VR will be a very exciting platform! Valve + HTC = Vive Oculus + Samsung = Oculus Gear VR Microsoft = Hololens Google = Magic Leap? Apple = Recently patented a HMD design
Gotham/Arkham during the day is probably a magical place, the sun shining bright, children frolicking in the streets... What wretched curse has afflicted this poor city that it may only exist during the night? Maybe that's why there are so many criminals.
nintendo needs to reinvent themselves IMO, i'm just an observer but I see them putting theirselves into a corner with this reliance on franchise favorites. Eventually mario and all the others will lose their magic because they're the only things selling nintendo's hardware.
Yeah there isn't anything magical or tricky about it, just make sure for any meshes you are going to paint on "Use simple line collision" is unchecked (in the static mesh editor, like when you double click on mesh in the content browser.
