did you model it in orthographic camera view? caused problems for me in zbrush before they added perspective view, specifically the 3/4 angles cool dragon :)
Can you post a slightly larger picture of an orthographic front and side view, with the arms hidden in the side view? That would help a lot with the paintover goodness. :poly128:
