Have you tried making a custom bake cage for it? OR Use Toolbag to bake it?

Marmoset toolbag also allows you to paint in a bump channel and that will be automatically converted to normal map.

Converting by hand is a bit tedious since there are many steps. Does Toolbag offer a bake option to bake Diffuse, Normal, Spec from the PBR workflows?
