You will probably want a bone at the origin if you want to put this into a game engine (though it isn't always absolutely neccesary). The good news is it's very easy to add at the end since it's at the top of the hierarchy, just create a joint and then parent your hip bone to your "origin bone" (usually called a root bone)… -

Hm, my brother built a shuttle pc for my parents to use, it's super quiet cos it has no real performance hardware in it, which makes the "mouse noise" even worse - I don't know what causes it, I don't think it's the graphics card AFAIK, but I know that noise, it kicks in whenever the mouse moves, usually quite high-pitched… -

Then again they probably enjoyed getting their character up to level 60 in the first place. What about having sky rotation (and possibly mesh rotation/position) optionally tied to certain cameras? So when I set up 3 cameras around an asset I can switch between each camera without having to change the sky position back to what gives the best results from that angle. Perhaps you could also have the child sky lights… -

Ya RE4 for the Wii, IMO is the best version. I don't even want to play RE5 unless it comes out on the Wii. The RE5 360 controls feel like complete ass to me after playing through RE4 on the Wii. I don't know if you have any rigging knowledge, but you can use self grouping and parenting to retain transformation information. So for example model a little panel flat, group it, and then rotate that group into place. You wont have any transformations on the any geo, just the group. You can keyframe the group to quickly…
