You need to read up on perspective.. For example: I used to wonder the very same about my stuff when I was drawing. Try to set up a ground plane and perspective lines in your shot. my experience with maya is that it has too good o a shader, not displaying the shadingerrors that you will most likely get inside of your game of choice. That is a board question about many broad subjects. I doubt there is one book that covers every facet of the industry. If there is such a book I doubt it covers them accurately and probably fails to give each area enough detail. It really depends on everyones experience levels with their given discipline as to what books… -

I'm glad we have people on the site who listens to him, makes me very happy :) Brad - Yes, I listen to music all the time when I'm working on art, it seems to juice me up when things are feeling a bit bland... the side effect to that is after so long, I need to take a break from the art and just play some guitar, it helps…
