You still have the numeric control. Select an object. Set it to scale mode. Type in 1, 1.3, -1, -2.5 etc in the offset fields. You can scale in single axis. Type in absolute fields you can scale the whole. There is also numeric input for stepping scale control.
That's exactly how I set up Silo, but in VW I have vertex "smooth vertex normal", edge "loop tidy mid position" and poly "turn quad flow" instead of "undo". I didn't find any individual shading shortcuts except "object renderings" in radial menu.
How would I go about doing this in VW? wings has a thing called virtual mirror, you select a face and it mirrors the object at that face, but it also mirrors all the changes you make while its active ( you can work on either side) whats the VW equivalent of this?
I've found something interesting: If I hit the chamfer button and drag on an edge, the chamfer is not added to undo list. If I hit the chamfer button, choose a value and hit 'apply' the chamfer *is added to the list. I guess just dragging on the edge is somehow failing to register the chamfer? I've got some more ideas in…

Hey Istonia, Offtopic sort of, but how would/could you determine the bounds box of a mesh, if the pivot rotation is in a different direction? I'm looking at 3DS Max for example, and the bounds box info is accessible and correct, but I just can't figure out now how to get a new object to align to that bounds.
woop... sorry istonia for not explaining, basically what an xray does is setting the objects to become less opaque so that we can see what's behind them. THis is useful during the modeling, when we need to constantly toggle on/off to refer to the blueprint/image plane. In max, alt+x does the job
hey dude, Leonarce has just introduce me your app. I've played around it for 5 mins and found out a bug immediately. extrude edge from open edges on a plane works. but creating a new box object and delete a face, extrude edge from the open edge doesn't work here.
VoidWorld Scene Management Testing the latest version and I have a few suggestions for improving Scene management.* Voidworld needs to have a permanent scene list of all objects, materials etc. . (let's call it 'Explorer' for the time being) ○We should be allowed to open multiple versions of this explorer and it should…
