This is turning out awesome man, I really loved the concept. You've done a great job! And the addition of the waterfall + bridge is perfect and matches so well!
Haha. whipSwitch, I really wouldn't recommend it.... It's not worth it. Just find out the furthest place on the bridge that is safe and run immediately after the dragon passes.
Thanks for the comments. Could you tell me where in the floors you were falling through? I know between the bridges and platforms there's a gap but that was intentional.
1) make the pipes out of a spline and turn on "enable in viewport" to create the bend. 2) use the quickslice tool to cut across the separate shells. Then bridge between the pieces that remain.
haha, I clicked on your sig link earlier, and thought "wow, these would be great examples to show!" Especially the asian temple/bridge model. Great use of texture space!
I think you need to add more detail on the chain. I tried to show that on the sketch. Same (thing) with the bridge. Maybe make the sky darker? To give it more contrast
Here's a followup question, what would be the optimal method of bridging the geometry here? his method of cross-hatched squares or squares run straight across the large circular top?
Fun shots, peeps! Mixing art and exercise Ps. doing the bridge with boxing gloves on isn't as easy as I thought. Why I'm trying this... yeah, another story :D !
*update* Cliff Sculpt in zbrush -> decimation -> retopo -> UV done Cliffs added to the scene Trees added to the scene Light adjusted to cast ray above bridge through the leaves
