for exact form, you might want to use a follow crve modifier and mirror it to the other side

@Zoddo You need to use more geometry. Rectangular polys on curved shapes produce "tension".

disanki you just need more geo ( more cilinder sides when creating the primitive. )

I'm not sure how sharp you want the edges, but this was the result of boolean+filtered points+bevel.
