Target weld, collapse, and/or Make Planar might all do what you want, if you're using 3dsmax.

There is no target as a single edge when Edge bevel is active. How can i bevel a single edge ? Or a edge ring ? ( masking doesnt help)

Try adding a Morpher modifier to the original mesh, choose the posed mesh as a morph target, then set it to 100%. Might work.

You can store a morph target, apply the noise, and then use the morph brush to bring the noise back to a reasonable state.

Turn the layer visibility off, store a morph target, turn the layer back on (recording mode this time), and sculpt to erase.
