No, it's not exactly the same... I need someone like the esteemed Mr. Chadwick to present a nice link that will put this all into perspective... I've looked through Google a couple of times and can't find any info comparing the two processes in on easily digestible chunk...
Zbrush update! I'm not sure how I should do those eyes :/ raven: Mr Powers, only problem I have so far are those ugly belts. I think I'll just add them later in max. edit: and those shoes...
I've watched through it, I definitely recommend giving it a look if you want to render some pretty awesome humans in Maya with MR. Remember though, there is no ZBrush sculpting tutorial except for Normal Map generation and Displacement Map generation, self explanatory really. Get it!
Hi polynaught! Could i get some more info on your specs? Really sorry about this issue, its something we´re trying really hard to get rid of, hopefully we can kill this bug soon! Thanks for helping mr Digital :)
edit: sry i was to fast... i though you are working with maya... you have to load the mayatomr plugin in the plugin manager and restart maya... in 2012 mr is integrated trough extension attributes... so you cant turn them off and on during a running session...
To me he seems like a mixture of Dirty Harry, William Dafoe and Mr. White from Reservoir Dogs. BTW, I made a quick paintover for some suggestions. You might consider to rotate his ear a bit. The purple lines are just a matter of taste ...
Finally I've found the time to buy the new NIN , ...yeah what to say. Over 10 years I listen Nine Inch Nails and all what I can say is : Thank You Mr. Reznor share out Your world of suffering. ... go on.
Hey Mr. Bandit, it's coming together really well! With the final comps (when you get there), it'd be cool to see you add some post production that gives it the same dull colour scheme as the original. Your materials are looking really cool, keep it up!
Dude! he looks just like my old science teacher, Mr. Nelson! Fantastic job, Daz. Even though it's ref from a painting, my only crit would be the size of his mouth. Seems just a tad bit small. Good luck!
I think he might be referring to Scanline rendering? There was an issue like this when rendering AO with the skylight method. Turning off Global Super Sampling fixed it for some people. I'm not sure which AA settings inside MR could cause something like this =/
